Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Actively engage with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring timely completion of all necessary paperwork and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the banking or financial services industry, with a track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent to the organization.
