1. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, methodologies and process for both
manual and automation testing to ensure high-quality product.
2. Collaborate with Product Engineering team and development teams to understand the
requirements and define the testing scope for improving the manual and automation regression
suites.
3. Test Management of end to end activities including strategy, testing design, test case
development, execution and reporting for each product releases.
4. Coordinate and manage different types of testing such as functional testing, integration testing
and regression testing.
5. Develop strategy and plan for development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks
and scripts.
6. Proactively monitory and analyze defect patterns and trends for improvements in testing
approach to arrest them in future releases.
7. Drive continuous improvement to enhance test cases for effective defect prevention and to
improve the quality of Product releases.
8. Provide weekly status reports on progress and metrics to the Produce Management team.
9. Mentor and coach testing team members for growth and skill development.
