Principal Accountabilities
- Understand the business requirement and define analytics problem
- Work with SAP Functional consultants, Solution Architect and UI developer to develop the SAP BW based data model
- Create and Maintain Technical Specification document
- Resolve SAP BW support calls based on the SLA
- Daily Process Chain Monitoring and resolution
Candidate Specifications
- Should have good communication skills (Customer facing role)
- Should be willing to get cross-skilled with upcoming technologies
- Any knowledge in SAP BOBJ and Tableau would be an advantage
- Good knowledge in SQL is required
SAP BW Related activities in modelling SAP Quality & Warranty data to enable the data pipelines for the following dashboards:
- VCS Dashboard – Reported Month wise
- NRT Trends and Insights
- PCR Dashboard
- Early Warning System & Dashboard
