  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Actively engage with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring timely completion of all necessary paperwork and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a recruiter in the banking or financial services industry, with a track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent to the organization.
